Schematic Diagrams generated from the XML Builder have an incorrect extent if the layout set on the diagram template properties contains anything outside of the default layout properties.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes; therefore, this issue will not be addressed. There are no plans for future releases of ArcGIS Desktop, and it is recommended that you migrate to ArcGIS Pro. Before publishing the diagram to ArcGIS Server:1. Start editing the diagram in ArcMap.2. Save Diagram edits.3. Stop Editing Diagram. This updates the diagram to the correct extent.Steps to Reproduce
