Saving the output of the Create Locator geoprocessing tool to a folder with a period in the file path returns the error message, "Error 002777: The name is invalid."

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.Workaround
- Save the output directly to the C drive or a folder which does not contain a period.
- Rename the profile folders. However, this workaround risks broken data links in other projects.
- Update to ArcGIS Pro 3.1.x.
