This is an expected behavior in ArcGIS Field Maps. In order to support labels make use of finite precision, members are required to make use of custom expressions and the Round function. For more details on creating custom expressions for labels, see: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/create-maps/configure-labels-mv.htm. For more details on the Round function, see: https://developers.arcgis.com/arcade/function-reference/math_functions/#round.
