Saving a web map in Map Viewer shared with the owner and at least one group containing a layer that is shared with everyone displays an Update Sharing dialog box even though the layer's share settings do not need to be updated.

This issue was addressed on the 29th of November 2022.Workaround
Close the Update Sharing dialog box without clicking the Update button. This saves the web map as expected and does not update the hosted feature layer's share settings.
