Saving a public web map consisting of a privately hosted feature layer does not automatically prompt to update sharing permissions.

Additional Information
Currently, the save operation does not do a check on the layer shared settings. This would be an enhancement and not a bug. Only when sharing a web map, the check is made to determine what layers are private and the update process is made.Workaround
- Navigate to the public web map's item content page, click Edit sharing, and save without changing the share settings from Public. A pop-up message to update sharing is displayed.
- Save the web map from Map Viewer Classic.
