Save As Offline Service Definition does not maintain hardcoded file paths and copies data when the path is a network path folder.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.3 and ArcGIS Pro 3.5.Workaround
- Unzip the service definition file.
- Navigate to ..\p30\\ and update the file path to the network path.
- If the script is embedded, further unzip the .atbx file and update the script.
- Zip everything back to its original format.
