Runtime does not use actual subtypes when populating ArcGISFeatureLayerInfo.TypeIdFieldName and ArcGISFeatureLayerInfo.FeatureTypes for a feature layer loaded from a mobile map package, unless the layer is symbolized on the subtype field.
