Running the Summary Report tool using an ArcGIS Online Data Source without sufficient credits returns Error 999999.

Cause

The Summary Reports tool consumes credits. When insufficient credits are available, the tool is expected to fail.

If users are unaware of their current credit balance and encounter the Error 999999 when running this tool in ArcGIS Pro, it is advisable to check their credit balance in ArcGIS Online.

This workflow can also be tested in Business Analyst Online to confirm that they have insufficient credits to run reports.

Workaround

• If available, use local data to run Business Analysis.
• Work with the ArcGIS Online Administrator to increase credit allotment or credit balance for the portal user.
