Running the Resample geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro 2.8.x in batch mode does not change the output cell size no matter which resampling technique is used.

- Run the tool for each raster individually.
- Run the tool in a ModelBuilder using Iterate Rasters.
- Run the tool inside a loop in a Python script.
