Running the ExportToPDF function in ArcGIS Notebooks returns the error message, "The kernel appears to have died. It will restart automatically." if the notebook is using the Runtime version 5.

This is non-reproducible with the June 2023 update of ArcGIS Online.Workaround
Change the Runtime version to 'ArcGIS Notebook Python 3 Advanced - 4.0' from the notebook's item details page.
