Running the Create Reviewer Session custom step object via Workflow Manager requires elevated privileges if the DEFAULT version of the data workspace is set to PROTECTED.

Additional Information
This bug has been fixed in version 10.8 Patch 1.Workaround
1) Insert the missing row into the JTX_REV_SESSION_XREF table after the reviewer session is created manually or via a script.
OR
2) Change the DEFAULT version from PROTECTED to PUBLIC.
