Running the Copy Raster geoprocessing tool on a raster TIFF with colormap and spatial reference using an ArcSDE service connection fails with the following error: "Error 99999: Error executing function. Network I/O error Invalid function. Network I/O error [SDE.GDB_Items]. No spatial reference exists. Failed to execute (CopyRaster)."
