To run a batch job containing connectivity rules using the 'Changed Features Only' analysis area option within Workflow Manager (Classic), launch an ArcMap session and use the Execute Reviewer Batch Job geoprocessing tool or the Reviewer Batch Validate command in the Data Reviewer toolbar.Workaround
