Additional Information
Disable all the attribute rules, Trails_NonDNR takes 4 seconds to calculate field, compared to 3 seconds for Trails_DPW_DNAP. In particular, the issue is the constraint rule, which reads the whole feature class on every row update. With the calculation rule enabled, calculate field takes 36 seconds.
