The 160250 error help was updated in ArcGIS Pro 3.1. It details cases when the error can be encountered. It also provides the steps to resolve the situation and continue working.Workaround
- Click the Enable Undo toggle button in the Calculate Field tool before running the tool.
- Edit any versioned layer added to the map before running the Calculate Field tool.
