Bug
Running the arcgis.widgets.MapView.zoom method causes the web map to flicker. The web map toggles rapidly between zoom level zero and the user-specified zoom level.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS API for Python 1.8.5 and higher.Workaround
- Create a MapView object using the gis.map() argument without specifying an extent.
- Pass the zoomlevel argument to the gis.map() method instead of using the arcgis.widgets.MapView.zoom method.
