Running the Add Polygon Fields To Locator or Remove Polygon Fields From Locator geoprocessing tools on the StreetMap Premium USA.loc locator in ArcGIS Pro, either on a virtual machine or on a local machine where the locator has been moved from its original extracted location, fails at 50% after about a minute and returns Error 999999.
