Additional Information

ArcGIS Collector is retired on Android, iOS, and Windows operating systems.

Workaround

  1. Open the web map in Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer.
  2. Click 'Save as' and save a copy of the map.
  3. Open the item details page of the copied map.
  4. The copy may now be accessed in ArcGIS Collector.
