Additional Information

The data's xytolerance is 1m. Vertex movements are within tolerance as per "Understanding Geometric Processing in ArcGIS" white paper

Workaround

1) Re-project the input layer to GDA_1994_MGA_Zone_55 (projected spatial reference system).2) Run Dissolve and use the same set of fields.3) Access the bookmarks – no slivers.
