Additional Information

As of version 10.1, the Server Manager application built on the .NET Web ADF technology is no longer being developed or having issues fixed.

Workaround

1. Delete or rename: <a href="file:c:/inetpub/wwwroot/arcgis/manager/app_data/sites.xml" target="_blank">c:\inetpub\wwwroot\arcgis\manager\app_data\sites.xml</a>2. Restart ArcGIS Server Object Manager (Windows Service)3. Log back into ArcGIS Server Manager
