Running a report using selected features from a BDS layer, or a layer with a large number of fields, produces an error at the Business Analyst 2011 data release.

Workaround

1) Select the desired ZIP codes.2) Right-click the ZIP codes Layer > Properties > Fields, and turn off all but a few fields. Click OK and OK.3) Right-click the ZIP codes layer > Data > Export Data, and export the selected features to a new shapefile.4) Use the new shapefile as import to the reports.
