Additional Information

Uncheck the 'Intermediate' option for the output of the first copy features output. Save the model, and run the model as a model tool. It creates two correct outputs.

Workaround

1. Use the Feature Class To Feature Class tool.2. Run the model within the Model Builder edit mode.
