Running a model outside the ModelBuilder window does not create a polygon output in ArcGIS 10.2.2 and 10.2.1.

Additional Information

Output poly gets created in 10.3. As designed, the rasters will not be created when run as a model tool because they are intermediate data.

Workaround

1. Use ArcGIS 10.1 SP1 or 10.2.OR2. Run the model through the ModelBuilder window.
