Running a drive time analysis in ArcGIS Business Analyst fails when multiple drive times are set, the 'Live traffic' option is used, or the 'Toward facility' option is selected.

This issue is fixed in the latest release of ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.Workaround
- Uncheck the 'Use traffic' checkbox and select the 'Away from facility' option.
- Use only one drive time.
