Roads and Highways does not support realignment of routes where the centerline used in the realignment overlaps with the existing route. The centerline used for the realignment must begin or end by touching the route or not touching the route where a gap is introduced.Workaround
Retire part of the route and do the realignment.Steps to Reproduce
