Rotating a point in a Geometric Network causes the adjacent point to be moved radically out of place.

Workaround

1. Stop and Start editing and rotate the points before editing line featuresor2. Instead of double clicking a line with the Edit tool to select the individual vertices, select the line to be edited, click Modify Feature as the task, and then move the vertices. You will be able to rotate the points.
