Reverse geocoding (IReverseGeocoding.ReverseGeocode) throws exception when reference data of locator is NOT in GCS (unprojected; lat/long coordinates)

This issue was fixed at 10.0 SP1

Workaround

Project the reference data used to make the locator to a GCS (lat/long based coordinate system) and create the locator again with that reference data. In 10.0, IReverseGeocoding.ReverseGeocode works only with coordinate systems in lat/long, as seems to be the case with the out-of-the-box Address Inspector tool in the Geocoding toolbar.
