Additional Information
The reason for no route being found is because the first stop snaps to a one-way road that exits onto a restricted road. This is as designed per the data provider's specifications, as the closed road in question is only open to vehicles at certain times of the day. The data provider has insisted that until Network Analyst can properly support time-dependent restrictions, roads only open at certain times of the day will be modeled as closed in the time-neutral model.Steps to Reproduce
