Restoring the tile cache data store to a new drive letter on the same machine fails and returns the error message, "No JSON response set for this resource or operation."

Additional Information

As of the ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 release, the tile cache data store is deprecated. The administrator of the hosting server can run the MigrateSceneService utility that is installed with ArcGIS Server 11.4 or 11.5 to move hosted scene layer caches to an object store.
