Additional Information
This defect is addressed in ArcGIS Enterprise version 11.1 with the ArcGIS Server Hosted Services Restart Patch. The patch URL is https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2023/arcgis-server-hosted-services-restart-patch. When the patch is applied, the patching process stops the ArcGIS Server service as well as any related services such as ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server and ArcGIS GeoEvent Server. These related services need to be manually restarted after the patch installation.Workaround
