This issue is non-reproducible on ArcGIS Data Store 11.5 final release.Workaround
Manually deleting the corresponding Object Store folder (AGSDataStore_objectstore_oz_...) from the cloudStores directory (...\arcgisserver\config-store\data\cloudStores) resolves the issue. After deletion, the restore process completes successfully.
