Bug
REST shows 'Service '<service name>' of type '<service type>' does not exist or is inaccessible' when the LSASS (Local Security Authority Subsystem Service) workaround is enabled on Windows 7 and 2008 systems.

Option 1:Add the ArcGISWebServices account to the Administrators group.Option 2:Add sufficient permissions to allow the ArcGISWebServices to query the service. Add the following to the DACL configuration: (A;;LC;;;WD) which grants "Everybody" the right to query the children of the service. e.g.: C:\> sc sdset lanmanworkstation D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CCLCSWLOCRRC;;;IU)(A;;CCLCSWLOCRRC;;;SU)(A;;LC;;;WD)S:(AU;FA;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;WD)Steps to Reproduce
