Resizing a table in the layout view can cause the table graphic to glitch if the page size is large.

Additional Information

This issue is non-reproducible in ArcGIS Desktop version 10.0.

Workaround

Anchor the attribute table to a location, and then resize the table. Avoid moving the text box from its original location after resizing.
