The route request takes a long time to execute due to the input data. Drawing the stops on the map reveals that one of the stops (sequence 35) is located about 3,500 Kilometers away from the other 34 stops. As a result, the service has to do a lot more work to calculate the travel time and distances between this stop and the others. Removing this stop from the inputs allows the request with 34 stops to complete in 1 second.
