There is no plan for the ArcGIS Pro help documentation to maintain a growing list of tools that support parallel processing or graphics processing unit (GPU) processing. Users can find the list of tools supporting parallel processing with a search for the parallelprocessingfactor environment, which is used by tools to control parallel processing. Refer to the following link, https://pro.arcgis.com/search/?q=parallelprocessingfactor&collection=all&product=arcgis-pro&language=en. Similarly, a search for GPU geoprocessing can show the tools that support GPU.
