Bug
Remove obsolete commands for accessing Geography Network and Metadata Server Web sites from Customize dialog box (the IMS category). These are already removed from the standard GUI but should now be completely removed so they no longer show up in the Customize dialog box. The entire IMS category can be removed from ArcMap so that it no longer shows up in the Customize dialog box. It is obsolete now.
