Referenced mosaic datasets that have a coordinate system of State Plane NAD 27 Florida West and an original coordinate system of NAD 1983 Harn Florida West, are not properly transformed and display offset from the same data with that coordinate system when viewed in an MXD with a different coordinate system.

Workaround

Convert the base data from Harn to just NAD 83, and make two referenced mosaic datasets (one of Harn and one NAD 27).
