Additional Information
The user defined trigger sits below the geodatabase and is fired after insert. ArcGIS Pro has no knowledge of it firing and has no way to know when to get the updated row from the database after the trigger has finished executing.Workaround
Refresh the map and attribute rules may also be useful in this scenario.
