Additional Information
ArcGIS Survey123 uses attachment keywords to associate which attachment maps to which question. These keywords are then used by ArcGIS Survey123 in the inbox to re-associate images with their respective image question. By default, when attachments are enabled on a feature class in an enterprise geodatabase, the keyword column is not added to the attachment table schema. In ArcGIS Pro, the Upgrade Attachments tool adds the KEYWORDS field to the attachment table schema, thus supporting attachment keywords on the feature service. When the feature service and underlying dataset support attachment keywords, images with the KEYWORDS attribute are displayed in the ArcGIS Survey123 inbox.
The ArcGIS Survey123 team has created a Python notebook that the ArcGIS Enterprise users can use to create keywords for existing records. Refer to: https://developers.arcgis.com/survey123/guide/update-attachment-keywords-in-arcgis-enterprise/.
For more information on the Upgrade Attachments tool in ArcGIS Pro, refer to: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/data-management/upgrade-attachments.htm.
