Recurring with newly installed ArcGIS Pro 3.1.0, 3.1.1, and 3.1.2. When Deep Learning Libraries are installed, the packages do not appear in the package manager in ArcGIS Pro.

Additional Information

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.

Workaround

  1. Downgrade to ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3.
  2. Clone the Python Environment (default name to "argis-py3-clone")
  3. Set "argis-py3-clone" as the Active Environment.
  4. Close ArcGIS Pro.
  5. Download and run the installer for the deep-learning packages.
  6. Once installed, Open ArcGIS Pro.
  7. Select Add Packages and install the "deep-learning-essentials" and related packages as needed.
  8. Update ArcGIS Pro back to 3.1.0, 3.1.1, or 3.1.2.
  9. Once updated, go to Package Manager and select Add Packages.
  10. Scroll down and Re-install the deep-learning-package.
