Rectangle Tool: When you use SHIFT+ F6 to specify either of the points in a rectangle, it shouldn't invoke 'constraining the rectangle to a square.

Workaround: Users can press e to specify the last corner too, buit in the case of a rectangle pressing e works for either corner.
