Reconcile and post errors are returned for non-LRS services from LRS datasets if the edit log has unprocessed records.

Workaround

Grant view permission to the non-LRS data owner.

For example:

SQL> grant select on <lrs_owner>.Lrs_Edit_Log to <non_lrs_owner>;
