Recieved the error "Please provide a valid instance name." when running the Web Post Install where the ArcGIS instance was installed in another web site other than the default web site.

Workaround

Test the same situation on AGS 9.3 Beta. Because the Web Post Install provided an Port option, we were able to use either instance as long as the Port number was specified.
