Rasterizing features with arcpy.PolygonToRaster_conversion in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.3 returns errors, leaving single pixel-wide streaks in some places (very uncommonly) of the wrong value. Streaks go in a straight line on the x-axis for several kilometers.
