Raster pixels of a raster dataset reclassified using the option, 'Change missing values to NoData', render the wrong symbology when the lowest class break of the Classify symbology is modified to an upper value that does not exist in the raster dataset.

When reclassifying the raster dataset, do not check the 'Change missing values to NoData' option.
