Additional Information
Known limitation in the alignment with the security best practices, the metadata file also contains processing history, which reveals internal server information (e.g. shared storage name and paths). This is a common security concern.Workaround
In ArcGIS Server Manager, navigate to the specific service; Parameters > Properties > Catalog > check 'Allow downloading metadata files' for the service and restart the service.
