Description

Maps that contain raster data or transparency in rotated data frames print or export pixelated.

Cause

This is a known issue with raster in rotated data frames.

Workaround

** This issue has been fixed with ArcGIS Desktop 9.2 Service Pack 2. **

Remove the raster data sets from the data frame or remove the transparency.
