Random lines occur from a vector tile layer JSON while zooming/panning the web map in a web app built with ArcGIS API for JavaScript.

Workaround

1. From the ArcGIS Online published vector tile layer, copy the JSON and save in a JSON file.
2. Edit the vector tile layer JSON and remove the following string:
   1. "property":"opacity"
3. Save the JSON file.
4. Upload this edited JSON file to the ArcGIS Online published tiled layer. This updates the JSON of the published vector tile layer.
5. Re-load the JavaScript fiddle app. The random lines do not occur.

Steps to Reproduce
