Quick Report templates published to the iOS store from AppStudio for ArcGIS in web requires a custom location dialog. This is not an option on AppStudio for ArcGIS in web.

Additional Information

This has been addressed in the AppStudio 3.0 release. The permission strings for the location has been updated with the current release.
