Additional Information

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.

Workaround

The Quick Import or Export tools do not execute the process when the path or folder name contains a Japanese character. The translation of the path in the output box is full of question marks ("???????"). In this case, the tool is having trouble executing the process completely because it cannot recognize the path or address.

However, the Quick Import or Export tool can be used if the user creates a directory and the corresponding path is written in Latin characters. It is recommended to use those types of characters when using the tool.
